WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E (1 week).
• No dental work, vaccines, or major procedures (2 weeks).
• Stop retinoids/exfoliants on the area (3–5 days).
• Take arnica/bromelain if you bruise easily.
• Arrive with clean skin (no makeup), hydrated, and having eaten.
• Bring inspo photos, but plan for a few days of swelling/bruising.
